PAUL VENNING
Paul is the founder of VENNING RIDE and a renowned indoor cycling expert. Paul has been at the forefront of this global phenomenon, since its creator Jonny Goldberg introduced the world to SPINNING® in 1997. Some of Paul's highlights during this time have been representing the SCHWINN NATIONAL Demonstration team at some of the UK'S most prestigious events, launching three successful indoor cycling studios, studying under some of Europe's most talented indoor cycling coaches and more recently, the creation of one of the finest purpose built indoor cycling studio's in the South West of England, Venning Ride.
Paul entered the world of indoor cycling / Spinning® in 1997 by introducing the South West of England to the first dedicated Spinning studio, just two years after its creator Jonny Goldberg launched the concept in America.
Spinning has led Paul into competing in the disciplines of mountain bike and road bike, gaining his category 2 road racing licence and presenting nationally across the UK within the Schwinn Cycling demonstration team.
Ride with Paul and expect a class based on the real road and the original Spinning program. From your position on the bike, to your rhythm in the saddle, every element is controlled to ensure you have the perfect ride, every time. Paul blends over 15 years of cycling with over 23 years of fitness coaching to deliver his students the best group cycling sensation. This is all accompanied by carefully choreographed, inspiring and motivating music!
