Paul is the founder and owner/manager of Venning Ride and began Indoor Cycling at its birth in the early 1990s.

You can always count on Sarah’s enthusiastic and energetic style to

inspire you.

Ann has had a long and established journey as an Indoor Cycling presenter, working across many facilities.

Fitness has always been Hattie's

area of expertise. Hattie presents

a whole range of different classes!

And avid Cyclist, both in and outdoors, riding over 100 miles on most weeks through the year.

Heather

You'll instantly notice Heather's love of the music, and feel inspired to hit that next climb, sprint or interval!

Roy's had a long and established background in endurance sports.

Elaine

A wealth of knowledge delivered in a friendly and supportive style.
