RE-OPENING ON 21st SEPTEMBER
BOOKING LINES OPEN 14th September
Ahead of your visit to VENNING RIDE, we wanted to flag a few processes that we now have in place to ensure we can maintain important health and safety standards.
Work has now become to ensure our Air-conditioning meets the correct regulations, and along with our well ventilated room, we’re confident of providing you with an extremely safe environment to workout in.
We will be offering classes at reduced occupancy to allow for more space between bikes. Also, our schedule will offer more class times and more time between each class to ensure time for thorough cleaning of the bikes and studio. We are also upping our already comprehensive cleaning regime.
We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your class, but please do arrive five minutes before it begins.
Please do not bring hand towels. We will be providing alternative options should you need them.
Along with our own cleaning between classes, every rider will be provided with a micro-fibre towel and disinfectant spray should they feel more comfortable in cleaning their own bike before class begins. Cleaning cloths are then disposed of upon exiting class.
Please come ready to ride as changing rooms will be closed until further notice.
We won’t be able to have water stations available for use, so please arrive with your water bottle filled up! There will also still be bottled water available for purchase.
We will not be operating a walk-in waitlist, so please ensure you have a class booked prior to arriving at the studio.
Do not leave before the class ends. When the class is over you will be directed to leave row by row to avoid a bottle neck at the studio door. Please wait for your row to be called.
We have a one way system in place. Entry will be as usual through the main entrance. We have adapted and added extra lightening so riders can leave via the studio’s own fire-exit doors in the far corner of the room.
All riders will receive the above 'ride safe ride smart' email upon booking into their first class back. We kindly ask that you respect both our team and your fellow riders.
